    Difficult to pin them down for a delivery date for oil. and this has happened a few times already. While I understand it's winter, cold out and they are busy, it appears that there seems to be a scheduling challenge. I've called in advance thinking, if I gave them enough time, I could get a date, didn't work. They were taking people with more immediate needs first but still could not give me a date. I called today, tank was low, could not get a delivery date. I am not comfortable with such an open ended, fly by the seat of their pants schedule. I called to cancel and the lady was not happy with me and didn't seem confident I'd be able to find an oil company that actually works on a "schedule". Meaning, puts it on a calendar and schedules the driver for that particular day. Note, I found one very easily.
