  It's absolutely unbelievable how rude some of these pharmacists are & have been for years. I changed pharmacies years ago, but unfortunately because of insurance reasons my mother has to stay with the pharmacy. My mother has certain medications that she has to take or she can die and these pharmacists constantly play games with ordering them over a week after the prescription was dropped off. The worst part about it is the excuses. It's my opinion that when you have a business and screw up , you should own up to it and not give 85 excuses while also being rude and interrupting everything that is trying to be said. Please be careful if you're on meds that you can't go without and you go to this pharmacy.
  
  I'm coming back an hour later to edit my review because I still can't get over the way that Dimitri talked to my mother on the phone. The amount of disrespect and hatred his voice was giving over the phone disgusts me. We don't come from a place where it is ever okay for a man to speak that way to a woman. Especially a customer. My mother was trying to explain how heather has been playing games with this one medication with her for a while and never got the opportunity. I'm also disappointed in the way that they have made my mother feel for having to take certain medications. Comments about this medication have been made for years since she started taking it. I hope the pharmacists who take pleasure in going out of their way to make someone else's day bad are ashamed of themselves because they should be.
